Founded in 2024 as Guiding Beam LLC. Reincorporated to Guiding Beam Inc in July 2026 to support the next phase of business growth.

    Founded

    Guiding Beam was founded in 2024, soon after large language models arrived. We spent our first year finding where the real opportunity in AI would sit.

    Integrate and deliver

    We source server components and certified computer systems from partners and deliver complete on-premises AI server solutions to US enterprise customers.

  3. Mid 2027

    Design our own

    We license chip designs from partners and develop US-specific AI chips, shaped by what our earliest customers actually need.

  4. Ahead

    Guiding Beam Inside

    We move from selling ready-made AI servers to proprietary “Guiding Beam Inside” computing solutions.

Our vision

Because the model lives inside the machine and runs with no connection at all, the same platform that serves an enterprise server room today can serve the edge tomorrow.

Our current product is built for enterprise AI servers, and that is where our focus sits. Further out, the same self-contained design points toward the higher-volume market — an AI-ATM, an AI-CAR, an AI-Robot, each carrying its own intelligence with nothing to phone home to. That is the long-term direction: Guiding Beam Inside.

Guiding Beam operates from Dallas, home of the American semiconductor industry and the talent that comes with it. Texas Instruments was built here. The region's chip industry is why this company sits where it does.

Our first systems are built from certified components sourced through established manufacturing partners, so customers get equipment that clears procurement and insurance review from day one.
